- Price for conference packages are per participant/day VAT and service inclusive
- can be booked according to availability from minimum 8 participants
- When 15 conference packages/day are booked, there is no charge for provision of conference room
- For conference package bookings for less than 15 participants /day, the reduced room provision is charged
- Provision of the conference room according to number of guests and allocation of room is carried out by the hotel
- For group rooms and additional conference rooms used for plenary sessions, the reduced room provision is charged
- when booking individual components, the room provision is charged additionally
